Functions for manipulation with CANopen objects and configuration of motion controller for CANopen network.
Requires CANDS402.LIB
 In all CANopen function slave address is physical address of CAN node, from 1 to 127.
Address is usually set with DIP or Rotary switch. Some devices do not physical switch and address is set (pre-programmed) in device' eerom using special vendor-specific tool.
