If not enough points are given (less then PassBufferMin this command will take all given point and execute the AI motion with them.
The action of this command is identical to setting of PassBufferMin to PassBufferLevel value temporarily.
The command is used in order to empty the point’s buffer when new PASS or MOVE/MOVES commands are expected.
