描述
该属性用来访问从站数据中的离散元素。索引指定正在访问表中的哪个元素。 当表处于活动状态时，
可以更改凸轮表数据。 如果在设置值之前该表是单调的，则在设置该值时验证单调性。 如果由于更改
而导致表格不再单调，则表格被标记为非单调性。

限制
The value of a discrete element of data cannot be changed while the data structure is
being stored to a file. If the table is in use, and the new value would cause the table to
be non-monotonic, the new value is rejected.
