AXY:MC-Basic:axis.DECELERATIONRATE
Revision as of 08:44, 22 May 2014 by Miborich (talk | contribs) (Miborich moved page Axystems:MC-Basic:axis.DECELERATIONRATE to MC-Basic:axis.DECELERATIONRATE: Global renaming of Axystems: namespace into (Main):)
This property defines the axis Deceleration maximum scaling factor. Maximum values of Deceleration can be scaled independently of velocity, acceleration or jerk.
Short form
<axis>.DRate
Syntax
<axis>.DecelerationRate = <expression>
?<axis>.DecelerationRate
Availability
Since Version 4.0.1
Type
Double
Range
0.1 to 100
Units
Percents
Default
100
Scope
Task or Terminal
Limitations
To set the value within a task, the axis must be attached to that task or through the command line. The total decelerationrate value is combination of the system’s value and the element’s.
Examples
Setting A1.drate = 70 will cause the system to reduce maximum deceleration value to 70% of its original value. This means the motion deceleration will not exceed: (sys.drate/100)*(a1.drate/100)*a1.dmax
?A1.drate
