Defines a Compensation table in the system. The command creates an empty table.
Syntax
COMMON SHARED <Comp_name> AS COMP

Since Version 4.5.17 the global (common shared ) declaration is also possible from the Library context.
Limitations
Compensation table can only be defined as a global variable
