Creates a TCP socket and put socked descriptor to the specified device handle.

Syntax

OpenSocket Options=<num> as # <device number>

Type

Options  : Long

<device number> : Long

Range

Options:       0: data is buffered until buffer if full or time-out is reached, this mode shall be used to improve network utilization

1: NO_DELAY. Send data immediately.

<device number> :   1 to 255

Default

Options:       0

Limitations

Errors:                 Could not create socket.

Invalid options.
