2 – CCW limit switch
3 – reserved

8 – second bipolar torque limit

10 – home switch
11 – reserved
12 – reserved
13 – reserved

16 – probe input (capture)
17 – reserved
18 – open fault relay
Two keyword values are defined:
- “capturing” (=16)
- “homing” (=10)
